Quadrise Fuels International get set for AGM to seize upon opportunities in 2021

‘s () Mike Kirk talks to Proactive London about their forthcoming AGM which takes place virtually at 12pm on November 27th.

Kirk says that due to the meeting being closed this year – the presentation will take place afterwards, which is why it is important shareholders get their votes in early.

He goes on to say it is ‘really important to reinforce the comments that the board made in relation to the resolutions being proposed at the AGM, in particular, resolutions 5 and 6.

We believe these are absolutely vital for the company to be passed, to provide us with the maximum flexibility to respond to the market opportunities as they arise in 2021′.
