A leading British entrepreneur has spoken out against Aldermore bank after a court determined that it used his forged signature during a dispute that left him bankrupt.
Roderick Lynch, 55, was the owner of Ruskin Private Hire, a company that provided transport for disabled children and vulnerable adults in London. He was a transport adviser at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and was invited to Downing Street by Gordon Brown to celebrate the success of entrepreneurs from minority backgrounds.
