MetalNRG PLC expects progress across portfolio in 2021

PLC () said it came out of 2020 stronger than it went in and expects to make progress across its portfolio with the possibility of additions.

The group recently set up a venture with EQTEC to develop biomass and waste-to-energy projects in the UK, which adds to oil and gas assets in Romania and the UK, a stake in Lake Victoria Gold, the Goldridge asset in Arizona and uranium group in Kyrgyzstan.

The group recently announced a £2.3mln fundraise with the money earmarked for Goldridge gold project.

Losses in the year to end-December 2020 were £810,000 (2019: £585,00).
