NFT Investments PLC files to list on OTCQB Venture Market
The company said a listing on the OTC market will make its shares more widely available to investors in North America
() said it filed an application with OTC Markets Group for its shares to be traded on the OTCQB Venture Market, which it said will make its stock more widely available to investors in North America.
The company, which specialises in the identification, acquisition, investment, and development of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) said it engaged corporate securities law firm Galanopoulos & Company to act as its OTC Markets sponsor in connection with the onboarding. Trading on the OTC market with have no impact on existing shares trading on the Aquis Exchange and no new shares will be issued.

“We would like to make NFT Investments’ shares available to US markets in order to gain access to a broader investor base and enhance our visibility in North America. Dual trading on the OTC markets will represent an important development for the company”, executive chairman Jon Bixby said in a statement.
The application follows the listing of the company’s shares in the Aquis exchange last week after it raised £35mln through an initial public offering.
