Landore Resources Limited hits another bonanza grade in latest drilling at BAM

Landore Resources Limited () has reported another bonanza gold intersection from its drilling programme at the BAM Deposit, Junior Lake, Ontario

A grade of 432.0 g/t gold was recovered over 0.32 metres from 191.5m in the footwall below the East Pit.

The gold is hosted in a quartz vein in a deformation zone.

High gold grades have been recorded previously in the area, said Landore, including 37.4g/t in 2017 over one metre that included 122.g/t in one section.

Landor is currently drilling seven holes to test the depth extension potential of the East Pit with several holes extended into the footwall zone.

Assays are pending for all holes except for the rushed request on the section of core containing this bonanza grade.

“The presence of visible, bonanza grade gold, combined with the similarity in geology and position, being 200 metres apart, both in a deformation zone, leads Landore to believe that there is a high possibility of continuity between, and continuing beyond, the above two bonanza occurrences.,” it said in a statement.

Bill Humphries, chief executive, added: “This significant Bonanza gold discovery in the footwall of the BAM Gold Deposit has further demonstrated its potential to become a multi-million-ounce open pit resource with significant underground mining potential”.
