Mining industry set to reap benefits of China’s roaring post-Covid-19 growth says

Mining Capital’s Alastair Ford explores what impact China’s latest growth figure is likely to have on the entire metal industry. China’s economy surged 18.3% in the first quarter, giving hope of a resurgence for the world economy.

He says ‘the message is clear, China’s economy is back in full growth mode, full steam ahead and there are huge implications for the global political balance and from an economic point of view, hugely positive for miners’.
