IronRidge Resources Ltd unveils new addition to management team


The company appointed Mark Schild, a chartered accountant with over 20 years experience working at a senior finance level, as its full time group financial controller

 () said it has strengthened its management team through the appointment of Mark Schild as full-time Group Financial Controller.

The minerals exploration firm said the appointment is in line with its strategy to perform all management and administrative services in house.

IronRidge added that it also issued a total of 3.5mln unlisted employment options to two employees. The options have a strike price of 30p and are exercisable through to April 9, 2023.

“Mark brings with him a wealth of financial expertise essential in setting up and managing our finance processes and reporting across all our jurisdictions. He is a valuable addition to the team as we support our aggressive project pipeline and growth strategies,” IronRidge’s chief financial officer Amanda Harsas said in a statement.

“We are delighted to welcome Mark Schild to our management team here at IronRidge, it is testament to the reputation of the company that we have been able to attract senior finance managers of his calibre,” added chief executive Vincent Mascolo.

Shares in IronRidge were 0.5% lower at 21.4p in early deals on Friday.
