How to register for the PNB mobile banking services


Punjab National Bank, also known as PNB is one of the leading public sector banks that has embraced digital banking solutions for the benefit of its customers. The bank offers PNB ONE, a unified Mobile Banking application that brings numerous features under a single platform. It allows users to perform the major banking operation through the application 24×7 from anywhere and at any time without visiting the branch.

However, the app transactions are made secure through biometric authentication along with MPIN. Now, if you want to register for the PNB mobile banking services then you can use this article as a reference. Here is a step-by-step guide you can follow to register for the PNB mobile banking services.

Steps you can follow to register for the PNB mobile banking services.

Step 1: First you need to download and install the PNB One app from the Google Play Store or Apple Store.

Step 2: Next, open the app and tap on New User.

Step 3: You will see a screen with instructions about mobile banking, tap on Continue.

Step 4: In the following screen, enter the account number and select an appropriate option for registration and preferred mode of operation. Next, tap on Continue.

Step 5: An OTP will be delivered to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and tap Continue.

Step 6: Enter the 16-digit debit card number, your ATM PIN, and tap on Submit.

Step 7: Next, set a sign-in password and transaction password.

Note: Here you can also view the policy related to password.

Step 8: Once you confirm both the passwords, tap on Submit.

Note: The sign-in password is used to log into your account on the mobile banking app.

Step 9: After completing above mentioned steps. You will receive a success message on the screen along with your user ID.

Now, at the bottom of the page click on Sign in and enter your User ID and set your MPIN. You can log in with these credentials in PNB ONE.
