Gateway Breaks Ground on Flagship Banking Center in Jenks

JENKS, Okla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Gateway First Bank announced the groundbreaking for its new flagship banking center today. Located on Jenks’ Main Street, the 3,500 square foot banking center will sit on the company headquarters’ campus just off Highway 75.

The flagship banking center’s convenient location will be a welcoming landmark upon entering the city of Jenks from the highway. The building’s location, architecture and design are an intentional reflection of Gateway’s dedication to serving families and the community. The use of modern materials and glass will create an open and inviting atmosphere with a large, spacious lobby as well as a community room that will be available as an event space. The banking center will provide a place to touch down, drop by, get connected, and serve clients in a sunlit warm and welcoming environment. Gateway will add trees native to Oklahoma and design the landscape to bring beauty and freshness.

For clients on the go, Gateway will offer drive-thru banking, 24-hour ATM along with its online and mobile app experiences.

The flagship Jenks location is the first step in the expanding Gateway footprint. Other Gateway First Bank locations include Cherokee, Tonkawa, Nash, Wakita, Helena and a microbranch in the Jenks corporate building.

The Gateway Corporate campus and surrounding area is quickly developing and will be a mixed-use space including a Candlewood Suites Hotel, Casey’s General Store, medical office buildings, office space, Habitat for Humanity ReStore, Vertical Limit Fitness and South County Gymnastics.

The banking center is expected to open third quarter of 2021. Project partners include Gibraltar Capital, KSQ Design, CR Crawford Construction, 360 Engineering, Precision Engineering Group, Wallace and Studio 08 Consultants.
