(), the company behind the UK’s first zero-calorie, zero sugar, and 100% natural mixer has beaten its target of raising £1mln in less than 24 hours after launching its latest crowdfunding campaign to the public via the website.
Currently, with 37 days of the fundraise left, the multi-award winning company’s Seedrs campaign is at 107% of target, with £1,071.036 raised from 393 investors.

In a recent interview with Proactive London’s Katie Pilbeam Skinny Tonic’s CEO Ian Minton revealed that the company plans to triple the size of production, with new premises and £4mln of investment into state of the art machinery.
The expansion comes as the company has been picking up a plethora of awards recently, including:

The Skinny Tonic brand was created in 2014 by company founder Ian Minton – a sufferer of type 1 diabetes – as a tonic water that allowed him to enjoy a G&T without the fear of his blood sugars spiking.
