Costain Group PLC appoints former De La Rue executive to the role of chief


Helen Willis is replacing Tony Bickerstaff, who announced plans to step down from the board last month

PLC () has announced the appointment of Helen Willis as its chief financial officer starting on November 30, 2020.

She held the same role at banknote printer () until last January, and previously held senior financial roles at electronics components distributor , coffee brand Pelican Rouge, specialty chemicals company AZ Electronic Materials and tool supplier HSS Hire ().

Willis is replacing Tony Bickerstaff, who announced plans to step down from the Costain board last month after 14 years in the role.

The infrastructure firm said Willis’s remuneration will be set in accordance with its executive remuneration policy.
