World High Life PLC completes fundraising to pursue investment opportunities

The company said it has raised £381,143 through the private subscription of around 38.1mln shares at a price of 1p each, a 67% discount to its closing price on Monday.

Each of the subscribers has also been granted one warrant for each share, which entitles the holder to subscribe for an additional share at a price of 1p each for a period of two years. The company has granted 38.1mln warrants.

The new shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the AQSE Growth Market on November 6.
