Fifth Third Bank invests in Cleveland CRE mortgage banker for second time
Cincinnati-based Fifth Third Bank has made a second equity investment in Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital LLC in Cleveland.
Lars Anderson, Fifth Third’s executive vice president and vice chairman of Commercial Banking Strategic Growth Initiatives, also has been appointed to the board of Bellwether, which is the commercial and multifamily mortgage banking subsidiary of Enterprise Community Investment Inc. (ECI).
ECI is a national nonprofit affordable housing investor, manager and advocate. Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed.
