Our leadership team spent over 20+ years at LendingTree developing lead strategy. They know their stuff. Gone are the days of cold calling and prospecting. We also have the proven leadership and strategy to get through difficult economic conditions, with experience in all facets of lending. All of our loan officers are provided with cutting-edge sales tools and qualified leads to help you to achieve success in the mortgage industry.

Responsibilities:
• Ability to multi-task and manage a high-volume pipeline
• Consult customers and offer benefit analysis to achieve customers financial goals
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers by responding to all inquiries and advising customers of their options and our loan process

Qualifications:
• 1-2 years experience in mortgage origination
• NMLS licensed in a minimum of 1 state
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation:
$40k base plus commission
